Holiday in the nature reserve
Our hotel is located directly in the nature park of the traffic-restricted Seiser Alm. For arrival and departure, you will need a special driving permit, which we will be happy to send to you by email.
Please provide us with the following details: first and last name, vehicle type, license plate number, as well as arrival and departure dates. Please print out the driving permit and place it clearly visible behind the windshield.
Parking & Arrival
Winter: Parking is available exclusively at Hotel Ritsch (garage on request and for a fee). We will pick you up there with the snowcat - an unforgettable experience!
Shuttle service on arrival and departure is free of charge.
On Saturdays, fixed pick-up times apply:
9:00, 10:00, 11:00 a.m. as well as 2:00, 3:00, and 4:00 p.m.
Summer: Free parking directly at Hotel Goldknopf in the underground garage.
Driving and parking are prohibited on the rest of the Seiser Alm.
Arrival and departure are possible at any time. During your stay, a driving ban applies from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

A reservation becomes binding after our confirmation and the provision of your credit card details (cardholder, number, expiry date, CVC) or after receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

Service fee: €30.00
Early booking bonus: 10% discount on the half-board price when booking 12 months before arrival with a 30% deposit.
Room numbers:
Within a category, we cannot always guarantee a specific location, floor, or room number - however, we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Cancellation policy
Your reservation is binding. In case of cancellation, the following fees apply:
- up to 21 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
- up to 10 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
- from 9 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the booked days will also be charged at 100%.
Cancellations are only possible in writing.
Cancellation protection insurance: To avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
